Thanks to the many of you who have written for Kathy Dettwyler's address to
send her a card.

This is an amazing outpouring of feeling and emotion for this very special
friend, teacher and woman.

Keep those requests for her address coming.  I think that cards will be a
really welcome thing in the weeks of chemotherapy to come.
