I have been No Mail for the past few months (can't find the time to keep
up with all the info) but someone forwarded a message to me about a
University that has become Baby Friendly or is in the process of working
towards Baby Friendly. I must have deleted the file because I can't find
it, so would like to ask if anyone remembers anything about it. I have
tried to search the archives with no success.
I work at the University of Michigan Hospitals, and have been contacted
by the U of M School of Graduate Studies requesting assistance with
getting pumping rooms available throughout the entire university for all
students. Currently there is a pump room in the School of Nursing, and
in the Medical School. Anyone with information or tips, or with
experience getting such a large scale program going, please pass along.
You can e-mail me privately so that we don't clutter up Lacnet with a
subject might have been already discussed.
Thanks,
Pat Awood RN, IBCLC
