As other posters have noted, using a toel, roll of cotton wool, soft sling
(using 'ace' or elastic banadge) can be useful to women with large breasts.
Mary Renfrew, Cholie Fisher and Suzanne Arms mention this in Beastfeeding and I
have heard Chloe speak about it several times. She mentions a women breast
sling from South America which one woman had. Supporting the breast in a sling
is also on the checklist for workers in the Oxford Breastfeeding clinic. I
wonder if it is shown in any of the videos of her clinic work -- can't remember
off hand.

I have a photograph of a woman using the sling, obtained from a former
colleague. The trick is to get the roll or the sling far back, so the support
starts at the chest wall and the nipple is left free. This also prevents it
cutting in and interfering with milk flow.

(The cotton wool is good, cos it is somthing you might take out with you. I
also ask if women have a long, narrow, soft silk scarf left over from the late
70's / early 80's -- these work too and can be worn out, if you aren't too much
of a style slave).
