HI My husband just returned from a training class for a postion at Cracker
Barrel Restaurants. During role play the one person is the customer and one
is the manager. The situation was a mom was breastfeeding her baby and
another customer was offended. How would the manager handle it.? I asked him
what happened. It was decieded that they would offer the irrate customer
another table. Then they asked what they would do if the customer refused.
They answered that it was her right to feed the baby and everyone is to be
treated equal. I was happily surprised with the results. I thought we all
could use some positive reports!!!
