First of all, which state and what is their state law on BF in public?
Maybe the mgr and chain need some information about many of these new state
laws.  2nd, I'd just nip out and sit in the car and feed baby.  Employees
nip out to have a cig!  How can  the manager say some employees can go out
to smoke and she can't go out to feed?  It is her break time to use as she
