The edema goes away at night when she sleeps.  Hmmm, can't help but
wonder if she wears a constricting bra that causes the edema during the
day ..... perhaps an underwire or a bra that is simply too tight.

Re: satay sauce.  If there is a strong family hx. of allergy to peanuts
and shellfish, I'd recommend avoiding both during pregnancy and during
breastfeeding.
