Dear Julie,
I love the book by Humenick and Nichols even if it was published in
1988. I find it complete and well illustrated. I met Sharron Humenick
last year and she was thinking about re-editing it but I am not sure if
she decided she would go for it. Actually, the copy I have is still
up-to-date for most chapters and it has been my bible for the last 10
years.

This is the exactr reference and I guess it is easy to obtain since we
even have it in Quebec!!!!
