This could be many things. See recent post about paget's dis. and it started
as a pimple. Scary. It could be an infected Montgomery gland, staph
infection, herpes, etc. I would refer her to her regular doc or to a
dermatologist. Always best to have it checked out. Her impression of it, and
conveying it over the phone, will probably lose alot in the "translation."
