Hi,
I have a query re. a mother with a 4 month old baby who has never
breastfed, but spontaneously started leaking milk when her child was 3
months old. I rather think she should see her gynae & query whether or not
she needs her prolactin & thyroid levels checked, but am I way off track
here. Also do you think the milk is suitable to give her baby? According
to Lawrence, the milk due to galactorrhea is high in sodium.
I would be very grateful for some words of wisdom.
Thanks.
