The taking-in, taking hold literature was done by Reva Rubin. I would
imagine that the citations are in MedLine. If not, e-mail me privately; I
have a huge file of all of her works somewhere. (Not sure I can *find*
them, but I am reasonably confident that I *have* them!)
You might want to include Kennell & Klaus, Anderson etc. while you're at it.
