Thanks for the plug Kathy. And YIKES! Pages missing! I've asked a couple of
other folks who got their copies this week from Amazon.com and everyone seems
to have all the pages but I will alert the publisher first thing Monday. And
of course, it figures that the section of the book that's missing from
Kathy's copy is the section on extended breastfeeding and weaning with lots
of info straight from Kathy. :-)
