Patty, I agree with you.  We could do things "naturally" if hospital
personnel used a little more common sense along with their "book" smarts.
It would also help if they learned to listen better to what their clients
are saying.  You know, families are the consumers; the hospitals and their
staff are rendering the service.  Other businesses strive a little harder
to accomodate and please their customers.  Why not hospitals too?  My guess
is that until we expect and demand it, things won't change much.
