Moms frequently produce more on one side than the other. If terribly
lopsided, I encourage them to use the smaller breast first every feeding.
This seems to help it level out. It may have to do with mom's glandular
tissue (little less in one breast), baby's preference for one breast, mom's
handedness (tends to use the side that it easier for her to get baby on,
without realizing that is what she is doing). I agree with Helen, why is
