Dear Barb, I'd say the combination of returning to work, stress and heat
are having the major impact on your moms.  Probably aren't drinking enough
now that they are at a desk etc.  Rec one of those sippy water containers
kept on hand.  Easy to forget to drink (and eat!) when you are stressed.
