The Monday Morning Report that WIC Programs receive by fax is not from USDA.
It is from NAWD-the National Association of WIC Directors.  They are an
organization that is not government funded, but rather an organization of
people who are interested in WIC.  Their office is in DC, they lobby for WIC
associated issues, and they put on the annual NAWD Conference.  The WIC
Program itself does not put out this newletter-Doug Greenaway is the
Executive Director of NAWD.  I don't have the information here at home for
reaching them but I can provide that next week if anyone is interested.
