As to the ice for 24 -48 hours then heat and the ref to ankle sprains, my
understanding for things like ankle sprains was to use ice until the
swelling resolved and range of motion returned to the joint.
How would one apply the range of motion idea to the breast?
When let down flows freely? But then why use anything?
What does Coach Smith have to say?
-Rob (who will get the answer tomorrow as I have to get home, I think my
wife has matitis and I need to stop and get my child a new pacifier)
