Anectodal:  I used breastmilk for my 6-year-old daughter's pink
eye/conjunctivitis, and it was gone in about 24 hours.  I used it in my own
eye when I had an infection, and it was gone in about 24 hours.  Used it
several times a day.  Cheap, easy, safe, effective.
