Would think that one quadrant might work, possibly being occuluded at this
point by internal engorgement. Keep trying to pump? I suppose the
occluded glands will rapidly involute from no drainage and she might get
some from remaining unocculded quadrant. I think I would go easy on
pumping and as engogement resolves pump if she sees any drops of milk.

Sounds like a plan. Would you need to top up baby who gets foremilk? I
wouldn't underestimate the ability of the human body and a single breast to
produce adequately in response to the dbl stim. Of course if 2nd breast
produces even a little, it might be just enough to pull this all off!
