I always tell moms to start pump on lowest setting, after letdown occurs to
move pump pressure up as high as comfortable for good drainage.  (If she's
planning to pump another week end :-)

Another issue - overnights are too long (developmentally) for not quite 1
yr old.  This baby's visits need to be limited to the number of hours (8?)
that mom is usually away to work.  Overnights are not baby friendly at such
