This is a very late reply, but I have seen "ringworm" (really a fungus)
also called tinea, on the breast. Mom got it from the nose of her
nursing toddler - it was bilateral, one spot on each side of the breast
where his nose touched while he nursed. In a pregnant mom, I would look
at other possible contacts, or spread from some other part of the body.
