Dear Linda, Offices with lots of managed care need to think this way.
Spend a little on a good BF info pamphlet, have mom BF ad lib, baby
thrives, very healthy, only needs health maintenance/prevention vss. OR
Br fed and fails miserably because of "abm" printed info, now bot fed, sick
all the time, frequent OV for otitis etc. The object of managed care is to
keep them OUT of your office. Collect the cap for as few visits as
possible. Shame some HCPs are so short sighted. A healthy BF baby is the
kind most should want to have on a capitated plan! Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
