Hello fellow Lactnetters,
I will reintroduce myself since I haven't posted in a long time. I have
recently returned to the U.S. after living in Okinawa for the past three
years. In Okinawa, I was the sole LC seeing American breastfeeding families.
Presently, I am not working. Instead I have returned to school to seek my
Master's in Science in Nursing Degree.
I am currently working on a health promotion paper, and I wanted to use Ross
Lab's stats on breastfeeding rates. I checked the archives, but I wasn't
able to find the stats for 1998. Does anyone have the 1998 initiation and
duration rates for breastfeeding in the U.S.? If not for 1998, does anyone
know the stats for 1997?
Thanks in Advance.
