I am new to Lactnet and have been lurking since Mid-January and already
qualify for Lactnut. A client of mine who is working and breastfeeding had a
drop in supply about two weeks ago. Baby is 5 months old. She had been
pumping with an E pump. She is now double pumping and milk supply has
started to go up. She is also nursing at lunch. She wanted to try Fenugreek
and picked up some Nature's Sunshine, but it only comes with Thyme. My
question to all of the herbalists out there is would there be any untoward
effects from Thyme. The NS rep. I spoke with said it is used for the
respiratory tract and contains vitamin D. Wondered about any toxicity.
