Dawn, there is processed goat's milk avail.  Similar to evaporated milk.
Make up in the same way as old fashioned "evaporated" milk formula.  I
would think that straight fresh goat's milk would be of uneven quality and
probably needs dilution and some sugars.  Hope an RD can answer.

Actually we have discussed this before.  Goat's milk isn't superior in any
way to cow's milk and there are acceptable cow's milk formulas readily
available.
