I agree, Chris, Les Nuits d'ete is wonderful.  One after another becomes
my favorite.  I tend to think that it's the finest of Berlioz' works.  (Am
I asking for it?) I have Regine Crispin's recording but I think it sounds
a bit muddy.  I have heard that it was recorded by Arleen Auger, who had
one of the most beautiful voices I've ever heard.  Does anyone have this
CD?
