In response to Theresa Chmiel's recent post about feeling funny after
offering a private place to a nursing mom in a WIC office with support in
mind, I recently had a conversation about what I thought the perfect
"policy" would be for moms nursing in a public setting like a store.
Perhaps the sales personel could approach the nursing pair with a smile,
and say "My, what a beautiful baby, and so healthy, too!  May I get you a
glass of water?".  I know, in my dreams...
