Laurie, I am wondering how long she has been back at work ? Also How long
was she at home with the baby ? I worked night shift during most of my time
in the Military , interspersed with days here and there to completely
obliterate any remaining biorhythm. As I understand , cortisone levels are
consistently higher throughout a 24 hour period when you work nights, rather
than being higher upon awakening in the AM and then decreasing for the normal
night sleeper , day riser. Wondering if this ,coupled with the stress of not
sleeping well from both the night shift work and new baby are contributing to
low milk supply? V/R Lisa Mooney P.S. Please excuse the run ons I am tired....
