What liability is there in drawing a blood sample?
If they believe that somehow they could be liable for infecting a baby
who receives this milk after freezing and pasteurizing and testing, then
perhaps the best route is to provide written material from the milk bank
educating them about the procedures.  Perhaps they envision this mom's
milk going directly to another baby?
