A quick clarification.  It costs $15. per quarter ($5 per month) to post on
Lactnews.  It costs me  in excess of $300 a year to make the service
available to the LC community.    All fees serve to pay my nephew who
manages the list on a day to day basis.    As has always been the case,
non-profit organizations post conf. notices for free.
