Hi all,
I am putting together a trifold handout on Managing symptoms of cold, flu,
and allergies while continueing to breastfeed.  Any suggestions?  What meds
do you see as recommended short term for these annoying symptoms.

I have some basic stuff about rest, fluids, nutrition, and cautions about
long acting antihistamines but really could use a few hints about allergy
relief.
