I attended the Conference in Atlanta early this month and someone
recommended using an electric massager (gently)  over the breasts before
feedings/pumpings to assist with complete emptying.  If the plugs are in
the same area much of the time, I'd concentrate on that area.

Have you thought of using Lecithin?  I hear that the "fat busting"
qualities of lecithin help prevent plugs, too.
