Dear Jane,
Baby is not supplemented but is the mother? Has your friend started iron
supplement by any chance? Or vitamin supplement containing iron? It
often does affect the baby's stools.... I would also look at what mom is
drinking, juices, water, etc...rather than coffee, tea??...
