I have a mother that breastfed for 2 years, stopped 4 months ago,( no
breastfeeding at all in the past 4 months) who 3 days ago began to
actively lactate again. She reports feeling very full and leaking.
Believes if baby latched on, could feed without any trouble.
She is not interested in restarting breastfeeding....gave her
guidelines on dealing with engorgement, and set up appt for her to
see MD to check for hormonal changes, r/o pregnancy etc. Any body out
