I saw this cover just after a mother had called me asking about nursing
while she was upset or stressed.  Seems the RN in the hospital had told
her that giving her baby her milk while she was upset would make the baby
sick  and that she should pump and dump.  (Another stupid reason.)  It is
hard to answer politely and positively when hearing such comments.
Thankfully this mother instinctively knew this didn't sound right and
called for support.

Now what would that RN think of the cover?  This mother has to define the
word stressed and yet she is comforted with the knowledge that the
nutrition and health of her child is still under her control while all
around her is chaos.
