Hey, you have company!! I was cut back to 10 hrs a week in 1997, and the WIC
Director then took $15,000 of money in a bfing grant to hire a temporary
clerical postion ( she even got permission from the foundation to convert the
money). I volunteered for a few weeks but decided not to give it away so I
quit.
And they don't understand why the bfing rates aren't any better then 32%
bfing on hospital discharge. A clerical temp is NOT the same as an IBCLC.
