Rob, I wonder if the woman who describes feeling pain "inside" one breast,
about 45 minutes or so after feeding, relieved when baby nurses, is
experiencing either:
1. just a stronger-than-average letdown on that one side - some women really
do feel the letdown as painful, especially during the early weeks.
2. a plugged duct that has cleared but is still "tender" - often it seems
that after the "plug" is gone, the area that was affected feels sore or
painful each time the milk begins to flow into that part of the breast
again - this should improve in time
