There is note about this on Dr. Hale's web site,
<http://neonatal.ttuhsc.edu/lact/> on the open discussion board. This drug has
been used in Europe for some time, and there are two medical journal citations
on its lactation pharmacology. It appears to have a similar safety profile to
Zoloft or Paxil (i.e., pretty good for nursing moms, and certainly better than
Prozac).
