Political violence in Rwanda which is the result of many decades of European
colonial rule favoring the minority Tutsis and leaving them in charge of the
majority Hutus is NOT the same as an American child as young as 9 or 10
going to school with guns and killing his teachers and classmates (and
sometimes killing his parents before he goes to school to kill there).  Just
my .02 worth.
