Don't see the problem with this baby - growing well, feeding  well, and
only bringing back a large amount of milk once a day....why would the
mother want to restrict her diet and go through all the worry for this?

Sometimes, our 'job' as bf supporters is to help mothers gain confidence
that their babies are doing beautifully on their wonderful milk, to relax
and enjoy it!

The vomitting, as has been said before on the list (one of the Patricias, I
think) is a laundry problem! Don't know if you have the large muslin
squares we get in the UK baby stores, but they're great for swathing a baby
in when feeding to act as instant moppers-up - and at least this mum knows
when the baby's going to throw up.
