Sandy:  Have you suggested the Haberman?  It works well in these cases. Is
the click made at all better by a firm clutch or football hold such that
the chin is all the way down to the baby's chest?  Sometimes that helps if
baby isn't also hypertonic.  Another idea, way out as it may seem, is
infant massage.  Try it and also do gum massage to get baby to open wide
along with mom constantly modelling "OPEN" and tongue out.

 Also note that sometimes clicking is caused by yeast.  Does the mom have
any symptoms or predisposing situations?
