Right On - it's another reason I recommend breastfeeding (especially to
first time moms) to help teach baby how to love and be human - from the
constant, frequent interaction with another human. It still amazes me at
how many moms just don't get it.

My question is - how did I who did not get that type of mothering,
manage to get it right? I just wonder, who managed to touch something in
me, that got the right message through. Because I never heard anything
about breastfeeding or parenting except 'you're pregnant, are you going
to breastfeed or bottle feed?' before my first was born.
