Personally I am only concerned about jaundice if baby is sleepy and
difficult to arouse and isn't nursing well, peeing & pooping.  I also have
a fairly good "eye" for guesstimation so I usually don't bother to check it
lab-wise if baby doing well.  Day of baby's age is also significant.
