LLLI publishes a pamphlet (actually now a tear-off sheet in pads of 50) on the
'Manual Expression of Breastmilk-  Marmet Technique".  It is illustrated and
simple to follow.  It can be ordered thru the LLLI catalog online at
<http://www.lalecheleague.org>
  Maybe this can be added to the mom's bag of info at discharge in addition to
being given to all the nurses on the floor so that they might help a mom to
hand express when needed?
