Here in the UK I often send 'Bestfeeding' -- a book now 10 years old, and which
I am not all that wild about except for the long section of text, drawings and
photos of positioning.  I also send the (?1997?) video on positioning -- 12
minutes and shows lots of women feeding, including lying down.  So far, these
items have always returned  to me.
