I have a question based on the testimony I heard during the Tyson case.
Apparently there is controversy as to whether HIV has ever been isolated
in expressed breast milk. I believe I heard Dr. Jack say that HIV has
never been isolated in EBM. Dr Paul Lewis definitely said the opposite,
and of course the literature shows an average of 14% increased risk of
seropositivity for HIV in children who were breastfed by HIV+ mothers.
Can someone please shed light here?
