I'm looking in my 98-99 edition of Hale. Looking at this information,
Procardia looks safe for this mom and baby. If AAP has approved it for use
in BF moms, I'd say that it is safe! No pediatric concerns are reported
via milk, according to Hale. While there are some side effects reported in
mom, those would be expected in anyone taking Procardia. Glad she is
looking for another care provider.

To quote Jack, breastfeeding is sacrificed once again on the altar of
ignorance!
