Dear Mira and Lactnetters,
Maybe the reason your intended audience (family practice docs, etc) has
such a frequent need for info on drying up milk has to do with their
failure to provide full information prenatally about the risks of
artificial feeding, and postpartum lack of good info and support for the
bfdg moms in their practices. I think you should stick with your
proposed topics, and maybe add some info about informed consent for
infant feeding , the risks of feeding ABM,and the importance of community
support for bfdgsuccess, to raise their awareness, and motivate them to
consider changing the way they educate their prenatal clients.
