Other people on Lactnet may come up with refs to show that one ABM is
better than another for bf babies - none spring to my mind, and in any
case, UK brands are different to ones available in US. I will be
slack-jawed with amazement if anything *is* found - something that doesn't
come via the manufacturers' PR machine, anyway.
But Merrilyn, there's no skin-to-skin or rooming-in on your policy
guidelines. There *are* references for these important aspects of bf
success. The UNICEF 10 steps to Baby Friendly are also well-documented and
evidence-based.
