lecithin is usually soy based (made from soy oil) so if a mom has an allergy
or sensitivity to soy, she might not be able to tolerate it. anybody know if
different brands are made from something else? otherwise i would just think
one should not take excessive amounts, just as we would encourage a mom to not
binge or take excessive amounts of anything else during pregnancy, especially
the last trimester.
