Logically (maybe) I would figure food poisoning is happening in mom's gut
and other than the prospect of mom's getting dehydrated and feeling
wretched, it should have no bearing on what is in mom's breastmilk.  So why
wean or pump and dump?  Add it to the list of reasons to stop BF.  I loved
the 2 yesterday, one was SO wrong I think it would be actionable.
